  • Do I need any previous training?

    We would recommend starting with the level 1 courses if you have no previous experience.

  • Will I receive a certificate?

    As an individual you will be able to download your certificates, at an additional charge, on the completion of the course.
    As a user added by an organisation please contact your organisation directly regarding your certificates.

  • How do I pay for training?

    You can do this online in the ‘my account’ section.

  • I haven’t received the link for my e-learning training, what should I do?

    Please contact info@securetrainingservices.co.uk regarding this.

  • I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

    Please click the forgotten password link on the sign in page.

  • There is an error message appearing when I try to load my e-learning training, what do I do?

    Please contact info@securetrainingservices.co.uk regarding this.

  • What do I need to bring with me and wear on the day?

    Please bring a pen and paper with you. Wear comfortable clothing and sensible shoes. Drinks are readily available, but we would recommend bringing some lunch.

  • Can I use my mobile phone during training?

    No. Mobile phones are to be turned off while training is taking place, so you are fully focused on your training.
